Emir

Emir pushes the boundaries inside and out with a design that celebrates our signature styling cues, while displaying a development in its design approach. The motoryacht offers a stylish exterior containing large interior spaces to provide guests with a feeling of grandeur and elegance. All this has been matched with operational elements in mind to allow the crew to conduct duties without disturbing owner and guest areas.

There are two certified helipads on board to ensure guests can come and go from Emir without impacting on the activities and plans of the owner. One of the key exterior features of the helipad above the owner’s private deck are the fold-up bulwarks either side of the helipad contained within the superstructure. This design feature provides security and safety once the aircraft has landed, ensuring a smooth and reassured transition from the helicopter into Emir’s interior. It also ensures that the styling of the profile is not compromised while offering an owner the ability to directly access their private deck.

Aft of the helipad is a heli-lobby from which the owners and guests can access the saloons on the decks below. The grand owner’s saloon has a central seating area, with balconies leading off on either side. This space includes a dining area, bar and games table, all of which are finished in sycamore with deep blue accents on the bar and cabinets. The owner’s full-beam master suite is located forward of this saloon, which has a private exterior deck, Jacuzzi and uninterrupted views forward.

The real show stopper is one level below where guests get to enjoy and marvel at the double-height main saloon amidships. More appropriately described as a ballroom, with its high ceiling, internal walk-around balcony on the upper level and access to external balconies either side via sliding glass doors on the main deck.

Pockets of intimate seating on the upper mezzanine level provide views over the main saloon while floor-to-ceiling angled windows ensure panoramic ocean scenes without reflections. These full-height windows over two decks conjure an immense connection to the sea. While at the flick of a switch it can be made private thanks to the LCD switchable glass and blinds that extend from the floor or the ceiling as desired.

Elegant staircases around glass elevators connect the two levels of the main saloon, ensuring unobstructed views into the space at all times.
Forward of the main saloon on the mezzanine deck is the wheelhouse with ships offices. Formal dining for 36 guests is also located on this level with al fresco dining on the aft deck.

When an owner and their guests are ready to move the party outside, the aft main deck is ready to entertain with the key exterior element being a cantilevered swimming pool that includes a glass window facing out to sea. This water feature is complemented with casual dining and exterior seating together with an enclosed aft lounge. Meanwhile the lower deck includes a generous beach club and wellness centre with gym and cinema.

A full complement of tenders and toys are stowed within the tender garage to meet any and every water sport activity desired including a dive centre for scuba enthusiasts.

Emir also contains many features to reduce emissions and fully eliminate some. In effect there is a mini-power station on board to recycle and reuse the available waste. A bio digester eliminates organic waste and produces usable biodegradable nutrient filled soil together with natural gas. Emissions such as NOX and particulates are reduced by up to 90 per cent before they can be released. A waste water treatment centre is also employed to further reduce emissions.
